It's always a relief to have a name for things. It's human nature. And when you feel "wrong," it's nice to find out that there is more behind it and that you're not alone.
It's really hard to get over the idea that people hate you. I am struggling with that every day, despite people's attempts to tell me that others don't hate me.

It's great that you have some good support, though. That is sure to be helpful. Keep with therapy.
