Hi, I am Angie. New to bpd, not in therapy or on meds. I found the forum while doing some research on my pretty poor coping skills. I am willing to retrain myself. I was mentally abused as a child by a mother, who also has bpd. Still learning, still reaching. I am going to start on the homework posted on this forum by Ash and see how it goes from there. I love this website. Thank you for doing this, already feeling like maybe the world doesn't have to end.
