At the moment i feel its like the end of the world and that i am some sort of monster.
I feel a lot of guilt about eating, taking meds and going out. I feel my presence is some sort of
blight on the face of humanity. Has anyone else experienced these feelings.
I'm not sure if I'm allowed to express such comments! However i really want to connect with people who
may have gone through similiar feelings and how i may deal with them.

It comes and it goes, but truthfully, I spend a lot of time feeling the same way. *hugs*

I have fairly distinct phases that come and go. I get the comment abou blight. I feel that way some.
