I posted "I feel like crap..." in Healthy Habits and I'd like to change the name of the thread to: "Self-Care". I like that - it's much more positive and it's more about what I'm trying to talk about in my posting.

Is it possible for a CL to change that? If not, no biggie - I just thought I'd like to change my perception of it from what's wrong to what's right!
