Is there any way to find what posts you've posted at and who's replied to it since?

I'm finding it hard to retrieve the spots where I have posted.

On the main page at the message board, look at the top, just above the blue line, there's 3 links. The middle one is "View Your Posts". That will list for you all the threads you've posted in, with the ones most recently posted in (by anyone) at the top.
