If I want to bookmark this site, which page do I go to do that? Thanks.

When you say "bookmark" do you mean "add it to your browser's favorites" so you can get back to the board at a later date? Or do you mean "bookmark a specific topic/thread" which is a new feature offered with this version of software?
If it's the latter, there should be a "Bookmark Topic" at the top of each thread. Just click that link and you'll have it saved in your User Control Panel for future reference.
If it's the former, that depends on which browser you have. On Internet Explorer, click Favorites and Add to Favorites should do the trick. You'll just have to be on that computer to see the list of bookmarks. (Using the Bookmark Topic feature within the software means you'll have the list from any computer on which you're logged into your account.)

What I want to do is add BPDR to my Favorites. But I don't know which "page" I should do it from. Like should I do it from the Board Index page? Or the Login Page?

Whichever page you want to go to first when you arrive? I don't see that there's any particular page you "should" bookmark.
