I notice a lot of you use avatars and I really like them. How does one add an avatar? Please help!

Make sure you're logged into your account.
Click on "User Control Panel" at the top.
Click on "Profile" on the left.
Click on ">> Edit Avatar" on the left.
Either "Browse" on your computer's hard drive for an appropriate (content and) sized picture or put in the URL from your PhotoBucket account or wherever you host your pictures online.
Pictures uploaded to BPDR's server from your hard drive must have a file size no larger than 9500 bytes (which is between 9 and 10 kb) and a display size no larger than 100 x 100 pixels. (The smallest accepted image is 20x20.)
Avatars are automatically displayed in all posts you've made on the board. This means, if you post 100 times with Avatar A and then change to Avatar B for the next 200 posts, all 300 posts will show Avatar B.
