Well today was my long awaited app with the psychiatrist and his preliminary diagnosis is bpd, ocd, and a mood disorder. I feel relieved and tired. I will expand later im a little numb but i do feel relief.. It feels good.
I need a good sleep,,tomorrows the start of a journey

Hopefully the diagnosis now means a more helpful plan of action for healthy living???
I felt I had to respond, cuz I can relate to each diagnosis. I am self-diagnosed BPD, and although I'm not QUITE diagnosable with OCD, I am DEFINITELY borderline and have been for a long time! (and relate VERY well to those who are diagnosable!), and mood disorder.. yeah, I'm pretty close to being diagnosable for that as well, but I tend to just relate the symptoms more to BPD instead of another specific mood disorder. Good luck, and I hope your psych has a good plan for you now! I know it's all very overwhelming! ***hugz***
