Earlier this year, I decided the time had come for me to move on from BPDR. Then something happened in my personal life that I needed support with, and I couldn't get that support elsewhere, so I promptly came back. :)

Now that that's all been resolved, once again I feel it's time for me to say goodbye. I've learned a lot here, especially about relationships/boundaries, and the encouragement to keep up with my CBT tools has been great. :D I'm now in a position where I no longer need a lot of advice on mental health stuff. I've found what works for me and I'll keep on doing it. And as I said before, I want to devote more of my time and energy to other areas of my life, and focus on mental health less now that it's no longer a big problem for me.

Thanks to everyone who's helped and supported me. If you'd like to stay in touch, you can do so through my blog, or through Sirius Project.

Love, Echoes.

I'm thrilled to hear that you're doing so well; and that support and focusing on mental health issues is no longer at the fore for you. Great stuff! But, I also feel sad to see you leave. You're support and presence on the board will be missed. All the best to you.

Hi Echoes:

I sent you a p.m., but also wanted to thank you publically for your contributions on BPDR and, like Sari, let you know that you will always be welcome should you ever want to drop back by or if we can ever offer you support as you have to us here.

With warmest regard,

Candle

Ack, I hope I'm not too late but I do want to "echo" what they all said up there! LOL

Congrats on everything and I'm sure I'll see you around!
