did you all know that there is a great DBT workbook out now for clients? It is written by someone else but it has all the concepts and stuff. Its just that the original DBT book is more for the trainers than the clients. This has homework practices and stuff in it! I accidentally found it at the book store and my T is a DBT skills trainer and so I asked him to look over it. he was impressed. It came out in the fall of 2007. If you want to know the name of it, PM me and I will share it. I just didn't know if this was an appropriate place to post it.

I think someone posted about it in the Resource Room. If it's the same one you're talking about, I ordered it today.
