This might not sound so positive, but I think it is. Even though my final T-session (though I can always go back "as needed") is in a few weeks, I've been thinking and posting about others--my H and my Dad. I'm facing reality, which means facing my relationships with people in my life other than my T. I didn't know this was going to happen, and it's depressing and scary. But it's reality, so that's why it's positive.

Do you mean you are thinking about your relationships with your H and your father and what they mean to you? Or do you mean these are relationships that need some repairing? Or could it also mean you're paying more attention to them now that you wont' be focusing on your T anymore? It sounds good that you're focusing on them now. It can lead to some wonderful discoveries! :thumbsup

((wondering!)) how cool.
any time some obsession or addiction is taken away, what is came from is always exposed. then the real work begins.
i cant tell you how many i have heard say, i thought when he quit drinking, all my problems would disappear! lol...not even.
good going, girl!

You're peeling away the layers now. You've gone from your obsession with your T to the work of discovering your relationships and how they affect you. This is "real-life" stuff. Wonderful!!!!! :thumbsup
