Starting my road to recovery

Hi
I am a 27 year old female from Vancouver Island Canada. I was diagnosed with BPD last week and have been frantically searching for some resourses. Locally I dont have a lot of places so am really excited to have come upon this site.

Well it has been a long road to get to a diagnosis so I feel like atleast now I fit somewhere and the more I read the less alone I feel.
